A private quirky attic conversion over the garage in the seaside village of Selsey completely separate living to the house . The private guest suite has a shower room and hallway on the ground floor and a studio lounge, kitchen and bedroom area on the first floor (with some restricted head room). A large private garden is also available for our guests, perfect for guests to enjoy the sun and an alfresco dinner or picnic. An outside table and two chairs are also provided in the garden.

Keep in mind that you are under the roof, so if you are 6ft tall it will be super snug for you and won’t have much space to fit fully standing. You have all you need within the room, kettle, microwave, fridge, TV, WiFi. It was perfect for my last minute weekend away.”
57 Granada is a traditional holiday chalet situated at Selsey Golf and Country Club a popular, family-oriented holiday park. The facilities on site include an outdoor heated swimming pool and bar with a family seating area. There are two ball play areas, a tennis court and a children's playground. The chalet is suitable for both families and couples. The site is located just a few minutes drive or 15/20 minutes walk to Selsey village and the local beaches. The site is next to Selsey Golf Course.

The Annexe is a warm and welcoming place to stay. bedroom with tv /dvd player ,bedside drawers, hair dryer, tub chair , seperate kitchen, includes , fridge, kettle, toaster, tea,coffee & sugar, microwave, table&chairs , luxury bathroom with shower in the bath ,towels .parking outside the property.
