Had a perfect stay celebrating my birthday ! Welcoming bottle of Prosecco on the kitchen counter was a lovely touch. A short walk over to the lake to fish which was perfect as our cabin was offset the lake and nice to be out of the way of other fishers, so it felt more private. Short drive to the local town which was nice to visit! Would recommend.

Had a great stay in this caravan. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and certainly came in useful on one of the less warm evenings we had. The caravan itself was a good size, very clean and tidy, and in a good location too. Jack (the host) had very kindly left us some bread and milk which was really thoughtful. Nothing negative to say frankly. All positive and highly recommend.

Jo’s place was fantastic. The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor area is perfect for a getaway. Very convenient to get to, and the check-in and out was extremely easy. Great communication from Jo about everything also, she was great all around. Highly recommend 5+ stars.

Booked for a girls trip. The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect for our chilled long weekend, especially with the hot tub. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s property. The holiday park facilities were great for our two children (5&9) and the property was clean and easy to find/access/ use. Would definitely stay here again

We had the most amazing stay at the cabin! The location is absolutely stunning — tucked away on a peaceful farm, completely secluded and surrounded by nature. The cabin is super cosy and really well thought out, with loads of lovely touches like marshmallows for the fire, and plenty of logs and firelighters provided. There’s no indoor shower, but the outdoor bath more than makes up for it — the water gets really warm and it's such a relaxing experience. The area is perfect for walking and trail running, with beautiful routes right from the doorstep. There's also a great little pub about 20 minutes away on foot. Edd was a fantastic host — communication was spot on, and his instructions were clear and detailed. We absolutely loved our stay, would 100% come back, and have already recommended it to friends and family!

We love our stay at Olive View. We had everything we needed - and the location was comfortable, clean, private and peaceful. We enjoyed walking to the local village, and also a day trip to Brighton on the train (station was only a 15/20 min walk away). Hot tub, bifold doors and skylight were all highlights of the accommodation for us!

Me and my wife got engaged at this place so all ways will have a very sentimental value for us.

brilliant stay at "Petes pad". we love the IOW and come every easter for the last 16 years. best stay yet.!! felt so at home, kids loved a room each and all the games and space to play them both inside and outside. We had an amazing, relaxing stay. The cabin is completely secluded, surrounded by nature and deer, with spacious private fields perfect for walks—our dogs were in heaven. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a warm heater. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening and didn’t feel the need to leave at all. Easy to find, with clear instructions from Sara. We’ll definitely be returning!

Charlotte and Tony's Cabin was the best AirBnB we've ever stayed in. It was perfectly sized for 2 people and a small dog, with a spotless, well-fitted kitchen, bathroom, relaxing area and bed. They've made such good use of the space. It was easy to find and well-positioned between Seaview high street and the path down to Seagrove. There were a number of things that made Charlotte and Tony's place stand out from other 4-5 Star places: the proactive messaging before we arrived, with personalised recommendations, the personalised parking space sign on arrival, the range of breakfast items left for us in the cabin, tailored to our dietary requirements, the bottle of wine in the fridge and how friendly they were checking in and out. Unsurprisingly, we plan on staying here again as soon as we can. Brilliant.

What a beautiful place! We had such a lovely stay. Perfect place for resting and relaxing, beautiful views from the cabin with fabulous sunsets, and so quiet - all we heard was birds singing and lambs bleating. The cabin is very comfortable. Great for the two of us plus our two dogs. Enclosed garden so no worry about dogs escaping and private space to sit outside. Good size bedroom with plenty of storage, very comfy bed and great shower. So many places to walk straight from the cabin, miles of public footpaths in every direction through beautiful countryside. Philip is very a helpful and friendly host. All in all a great stay and we definitely hope to return.

We had a wonderful vacation, the view is beautiful, quiet, we were lucky with the weather, the house is just wonderfully equipped, great care for the dogs, I see this for the first time, the owner is very responsive, I recommend it to anyone who wants to be alone with nature, we will come back again, thank you very much

Eileen’s holiday home was great, exactly as described and so easy to communicate with. Eileen left out little treats and it was very clean we had a great time and will definitely be returning soon.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hayley's. It is in beautiful surroundings. Both boys absolutely loved the pool. The staff were very friendly. Hayley was always on hand to answer questions & was very quick to tey to my messages. I would definitely book again. Michelle 😊

We had a wonderful stay in the private area where the kids could run free, we enjoyed the walks and rhe views were stunning. My eldest enjoyed the horse riding whilst my youngest loved kicking the ball. A lovely place to spend some quality time as family.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Michael's lovely property. Very comfortable, spacious and set in a lovely part of the island. Michael was extremely responsive, helpful and flexible, and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, affordable property in the area.

Acorn Lodge is so beautiful and homely. It was a 2 minute drive from Fontwell race course and a 15 minute drive to Bognor Regis seafront. The lodge has been beautifully decorated and is spacious. Lots of space to park outside. We will be staying here again in the future. Thank you for leaving us tea, coffee and milk, that was a lovely extra touch.

An attentive, welcoming host, Malcolm was fantastic. The Garden Room was recommended to me by a colleague and I’ll definitely recommend to others and stay again.

We love staying in this airbnb - a short drive from a few beaches and lots of pubs. Though compact the kitchen has really high quality appliances and the shower is powerful and hot (just what you want after a day of sand and sea air)!
