One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Newly built in 2020, the centrally located apartment building Noreia Granda is located in close proximity to shopping and mountain lifts in Ortisei. The modern apartment was built with natural materials and impresses with its pleasant indoor climate. The apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, has a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Apt Lara Siela

The 65 m² apartment "Siela" is located outside Ortisei (St. Ulrich), a small village in the beautiful region of South Tyrol. The apartment is in a quiet mountain area near the woods and boasts a beautiful view of the Dolomites. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite/cable TV.

Val Gardena -Apartment N°2

The Apartment is 68 m² large and is located on the ground floor, with direct access on a small garden. The town center of Santa Cristina is easily reachable by just a short walk and it is convenient for the access to the promenade. On its privileged position, you will find the Saslong Cable car which is an excellent starting point for the famous Sellaronda ski tour. You will also find a community ski depot and one reserved outdoor parking space.

Our Garni is located about 1.3 km from the center, in a beautiful, green and sunny location. An ideal starting point for exciting hikes and mountain tours. The ideal starting point in winter, because you strap the skis directly to our house and are already in the well- known SASSLONG -B downhill connected to the spectacular ski carousel of “SELLA RONDA” with up to 1200 km of slopes in the middle of the Dolomites waiting for you.

This spacious apartment is located 400 meters from the center of Ortisei, in an ideal position for hiking, walking and for reaching the ski slopes. Supermarkets, shops, public swimming pool, central square, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, Gardena museum, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
