Helen’s home is truly a hidden gem. We needed somewhere to stay close to Arthur’s Pass, and we are so lucky to have found this place. Our bedroom (and basically any other living area in her home) had an absolutely gorgeous view of the valley and the mountains. While we were there, another couple also was staying at Helen’s home in another bedroom. We all had dinner together that night and shared lots of fun stories. Helen was a great cook! She also made us a delicious breakfast the following morning and was kind enough to work around our early-morning schedule. Helen was not only amazing host, but also a very kind and gracious person. We felt so welcomed into her home almost immediately. I really loved talking to her about her outdoor adventures. She was extremely helpful and gave us suggestions on things to check out at Arthur’s Pass. Thank you so much, Helen, for your amazing hospitality! I wholeheartedly recommend Helen’s place!

Loved our weekend away in Springfield! Amber's accommodation was perfect as a comfortable, cosy base to explore the local ski fields, local sights and activities. Amber was such a responsive, warm, generous host and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home.She gave helpful advice and recommendations for making the best of our time in the area. Love the beautiful giant spa set-up out back, and the spacious room with kitchen and everything needed for a rural weekend stay. Thanks Amber - will no doubt be back!

Great location, especially if you're coming from or would like to go to the airport. Nice, neat and clean accommodation, very friendly and supportive hosts. A clear recommendation.

Very good Hostel ! May be careful the hostel is next to the road !!! But it was not a very big problem because the room is very very nice and comfortable

Wry comfortable and convenient place for our stay on the first night from the airport. Peter was very friendly and was waiting to pick us up at airport. He was patient with our kids and they loved the play area on the premises. It was a perfect space and perfect hosting experience for our layover getting ready to pick up campervans. Plenty of space for my family of six and my parents. Kitchen was big and easy to use. Two grocery stores in walking distance to get supplies for trip. Highly recommend!
