Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Selwyn District

Really friendly and helpful family-run business close to shopping malls and city access. Room was spotless, well serviced and thoughtfully planned. Really nice couple who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thanks Anita and Shane

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the lodge. We were not expecting such a large unit! Disappointed we were only staying the night versus having more time to enjoy the location.

Mark and Sunny were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Will definitely stay here again.

I didn’t notice it is an access room in a motel in the first place when I made the booking on Airbnb. Actually I prefer Airbnb rather than motel. Later I found they have one bed room apartment on their website so I asked if I could change to that and paid for the extra cost. Their manager Ruby changed it for me immediately and even provided with their best room (room no. 6). The room was tidy, bright, spacious and well equipped. Ruby was very kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

If you’re from the United States, forget whatever preconceptions you have of a motel. This was a mini-condo with fantastic amenities. It was a great place to spend the night.

Was great place

Beautiful outlook, place was wonderful and clean, so close to lots of different area's, very spacious, off street parking which was fantastic. Host was very responsive.

Jeanette was a kind, considerate and affable host whose impeccably furnished and maintained annexe was perfect for our needs.
