Lovely spacious place to stay and Cadmiel was a great and responsive host.

Cozy three bedroom that felt like home and central to where we needed to be. So sparkling clean and a safe place to stay.

Lovely stay at the cottage. My sister and I needed a place for 2 nights during our stay in Christchurch. 5-10 minute drive to the airport, so convenient. The home was beautifully kept and very clean. A few things if you’re considering the home: I was worried about airplane noise as I’m a light sleeper. We heard none during our stay! Almost no outdoor noise to speak of. Very peaceful! Air con is on the main/first floor only. The bedrooms did not have air con. Keep this in mind during warmer times. The house was equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker which made mornings a breeze. Thoughtful touches around the house included cooking utensils and pans, soft linens, comfortable beds, and of course the beautiful soaking tub. I would stay again for sure.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The hosts truly thought of everything we'd need, especially travelling with a baby and a toddler - it was lovely that the host left a portacot for us and lots of snuggly blankets. The space is beautiful and warm, the beds were comfy and the location is just so easy to get pretty much everywhere in chch. The host was so helpful, too. My only complaint is that the house isn't free for our next trip as I don't want to stay anywhere else!!! Truly a home away from home.

We loved our stay as property was perfect for our small group. The pool and bbq area are great for enjoying time with family and friends. Would highly recommend.

This house is in a lovely area, very central and east to get to. We had a great family holiday here, all the amenities that you need. Host was very helpful and easy to contact had we were sent clear, helpful instructions for the house. Would highly recommend!

Was a very quick drive into Christchurch city and also a quick drive to the airport, making it the perfect location for us!

My group of friends and I had such a good stay at Graham’s! The outdoor area and couches were perfect for the hot weather. Heaps of crockery, all the appliances in the kitchen were in great condition, and the place was kitted out with pretty much everything you could need. The neighbourhood was super quiet and felt safe at night! Graham was very accommodating to our needs and requests.

Great location, easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again. Only feedback would be wardrobes or drawers in rooms or suitcase holders to store clothes

The unit was exactly what we needed for a week working in Christchurch. So close to amenities of the city centre and a supermarket. Comfy, clean, and quiet.

Will definitely stay here again when back in CHCH. Less than 15 minute walk into centre of CHCH and all the restaurants. Free street parking right outside and necer an issue getting a park whenever we got back from being iut and about. Great calue and peaceful location

Wonderful spot to stay if looking for quick access to downtown activities. Can't wait to stay here again!

Very convenient to Hagley Park and nice walk into town.

We came back a second time to Anne-Marie's place. Anne-Marie went above and beyond as a super host. Not only was everything spotless, spacious, and modern - but we had a written welcome, Anne-Marie was willing to save mailings for us, and was helpful in other ways, as well. Martin and Myra’s apartment is beautiful,extremely comfortable,clean and well stocked with everything you need and more including information and snacks. To anyone who wants to make the most of their stay in Christchurch in wonderful surroundings the location is excellent short walk to all city facilities beautiful Hagley Park and gardens just opposite. Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

Although didn't meet Kate, the room was quite tidy, the living experience was great, also let us use the kitchen, very good quality stay

Trish and Mark’s place was the perfect cozy spot to conclude our trip in New Zealand. Despite the cloudy and rainy weather during our stay, their home had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was easy to find, thanks to the detailed directions provided by the hosts. Parking on Hagley Avenue was hassle-free, and there’s a convenient storage area for hiking bikes located just under the ladder to the house. The location is fantastic, close to the main shopping area and the river. I would highly recommend this place to any type of traveler!

Beautiful apartment and perfect location. Recommend to park on Hagley ave for easy parking and short walking distance to car.

Even better than the photos do credit. Very comfortable, very warm and a lovely bathroom - the super comfy bath was a real bonus! And a great birdseye view of the trains coming and going down below. Cant comment on the local restaurants etc as Kristine's Nook was fine for preparing our own food. A great place for a couple of nights - even though we didnt have great weather - very definitely recommend staying here!
