Vacation rentals with a patio in Selwyn District

Great place to stay, a little out of town but stunning views made up for that. Very quiet and peaceful with very good heating. Would have like to stay another night but they were booked out.

Great place with all i needed after a hard days work and very close to the Tai Tapu hotel where I enjoyed a few beers 🍻

Great location we could walk to cafes, restaurants and the mall. It was good to have two bedrooms and a sunny place to sit in the living area. Nice comfortable beds, a good shower and a nice space to be in.

Peaceful, beautiful location. The studio is luxurious and delightfully decorated, with everything we needed being available. Perfect base for a day trip to see the magnificent whales at Kaikoura. Rangiora is only a few minutes drive away. Hope to stay again one day!

Jenna's place was perfect for our overnight in Christchurch. Such a comfortable and thoughtful setup. We had everything we needed, my kids loved the toys and books! Would highly recommend or stay again in the future.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Emily’s place. We had everything we needed. The host is responsible and helpful. The location is perfect for guests with a car, beautifully adjusted to wonderful parks, including the Botanic garden. Highly recommended

Home away from home. We spent 8 nights here and really enjoyed this gem. We've stayed in alot of Airbnbs and this is one of the best. Heaps of room to spread out. Clean, warm and a very well equipped kitchen! Very tidy garden and lawns. Was nice to have the option to park in the internal access garage. Kids loved the long flat driveway for their scooters. They even made friends with the neighbors kids. Would definitely stay here in the future.

This is our new favorite Chc spot ! close to Merivale Mall, quiet and private, comfortable and clean, all mod cons. Just loved the apartment!!

We were in Christchurch for the Warriors game at Apollo Stadium. The accommodation was very close, in easy walking distance to the stadium and other amenities like cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. It's location enables easy access to town and the Riccaton shopping centre. the house was easy to find and warm and inviting on arrival. I can easily say that we would stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay - back unit, so nice and quiet. Perfect for the toddler we had with us. Bevan was super helpful when we couldn't locate the TV remote. He found it for us the next day, under the couch! Clear entry instructions and very clear instructions on house rules. Our son and his partner really enjoyed time in the spa outside one night. The kitchen was well appointed and although you are a little out of the city, it is only an easy 5 minute drive.

An absolutely beautiful stay for an amazing price. We stayed as a group of 4 and there was plenty of space at all times, the city centre was a short drive away and we were able to have cosy days in aswell. If the weather was better I’m sure it would be lovely to spend some time in the garden aswell. The beds were extremely comfy and spacious with large wardrobes for all of our clothes. The bathroom was clean and sleek with a great shower!

We had a great stay, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely courtyard with outdoor table and fruit trees. The house is in a very quiet court, short drive to Halswell Quarry for walking and nice restaurants in Halswell and Prebbleton.
