Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our holiday apartment is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal base for skiing, winter hiking, pony rides, and nature experiences in the Mölltal valley—even for just one night. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. We live on the upper floor of the house. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance.

The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Since we have a very small farm, there is also the possibility to get in touch with our sheep.
