Cottage Retreat in the Heart of the Finger Lakes

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.
