The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Dear guests, our apartment is located in the small beautiful village of Korana, 3 km away from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Renting a one-bedroom apartment, total size approx. 38m2 +16 m2 terrace. The apartment is on the second floor of our family house, the view of the Velebit channel is fantastic, you can see the islands of Krk, Rab, Goli otok, Prvić.. We are near the nature park Northern Velebit.
