Since before the check-in, I ask questions and requests. Even though it could have been a hassle, They were always kind and responsive. The place is as clean as you can see in many reviews. comfortable It's a house condition that all 36 stages of housewives praised, so don't hesitate to choose.

The location of the accommodation was really good, so it was easy to walk to famous restaurants and cafes! The accommodation smelled good and was clean, and there was a styler in the room, so it was nice to put clothes in. There's also a big smart TV! I think you put a lot of care into the bathroom, starting with bidet, cleansing water, oil, and foam, and shaving foam, so I want to come again next time! I had a good rest.

The place was mooore than what we expected! Great value for money considering that the place is very modern and hi-tech. Around 5 min walk to the Lotte Mall and Premium Outlets. Also near the bus stop. Host was very kind and responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again! Can’t wait for our next Busan trip!

We wish we stayed longer, the house was very nice and clean, the beds were super comfortable and we were provided with lots of towels. The bus stop was close so it was easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit. Definitely recommend!

Spacious, pleasant and ventilated accommodation. It's nice to have a lot of rooms and lots of towels and essentials. There is no parking, but it is convenient because the street is very inexpensive right in front of you. I rested comfortably for 2 nights before heading out. I will use it again next time.

Had a great stay at Kyoungmin’s place! Loved the decoration of the apartment, also there two cuties cats, they are so friendly and sweet, great accompanies for my solo trip! overall, the place was great! just noted that if you're here for the main/tourist part of Busan, places would be around 1-1.5 hours of public transport away. But with the bus stops nearby, everything was still quite accessible. would get the place if you want a more local neighbourhood experience as there are still a lot of restaurants and markets to explore within the area.

It had most of the things I needed to live, so I was able to stay comfortably for two weeks ~

First of all, it was detailed, so it was easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet and the villa was quiet, and I contacted them because I had a question, and it was nice that they responded quickly. It's clean without any hair on the floor, so I'll use it again next time I go to Busan! And I don't have anything in the house. I have everything! Lol

Absolutely worth it, I stayed there for 1 month and if you want something private and peaceful this is the place. The subway is close by and there's many areas to buy groceries or also for take out. The Host was always responsive and every time I needed help or something for the place like pans or plates, he helped me. It is perfect for 1 person. I do recommend taking a taxi to the place if you have luggage, it is uphill so I don't recommend to get there with transit.

The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk from the subway station and the traditional Gupo Market. There is also a nice mountain track less than 10 minutes walk to the other direction. I would definitely book it again if travelling in Busan again.
