Porto Marina SG2 Apartment

In the center of Licata on the seafront, a few steps from the beach and the central square, to enjoy without stress and without using the car with indoor bike and motorcycle parking, the sea, the sun, art and history with monuments, local seafood cuisine and the delights of Sicilian pastry. Our little house is in the middle of the countryside, not far from the town of San Giovanni Gemini. It is ideally located for those who are traveling the mid-western part of the Sicilian island. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The property is a portion of an old farmhouse from the late 1800s, immersed in the archaeological park of the Valley of the Temples. The house underwent a five-year renovation, maintaining all the architectural features both inside and out, with exposed walls and tuff arches. Outside, you can take advantage of three parking spaces. The house enjoys spectacular exposure to both the south and north.
