Debbie’s apartment at Kololi Sands came highly recommended by a friend after staying there herself. She knows how particular I am about cleanliness and staying at a place that has nice decor and feels like home. Debbie is an excellent host! She was super proactive in helping me look for another apartment for the last 3 day of my stay as hers wasn't available for the full length. She was responsive, polite and very thoughtful. She has thought of everything to make her place feel like a home. From the body creams in the bathrooms, the extra chargers in the drawers, the decor and the beautiful cushions in the bedroom and living room. Her place is absolutely gorgeous and gets cleaned every day - smells nice too. The balcony is beautifully decorated and you get a clear view of the ocean. Debbie and her apartment surpassed all my expectations! If you’re looking for a place to stay at Kololi Sands look no further. Book this place before it gets taken up. I won't stay anywhere else in Gambia.

Everything is ok. The place is quiet at the same time close to shops. Relaxing site. The terrace is a great plus for someone who loves spaces and open air like me. The housekeeper is very helpful and answers any questions you may have. Amadou is also very helpful and answer any questions. A lovely short stay.

Hi Simone We all had a lovely time at our accommodation. It was a great location We all felt comfortable and relaxed here. Simone is very accommodating, the dogs were ok they got to know us well. And I know they liked our cooking. I loved that there was avocado which were and very tasty. I would recommend this apartment to others. Thanks for having us.

We had such a great stay, would really recommend Fode's place to everyone who's looking for an appartment in Gambia. The appartment is just fantastic, clean and as beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures. Abdou is a great host who will surely take good care of you as a guest. The reviews here don't lie, truly a gem. Thank you guys for an unforgettable stay.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location - easy to find. Just ask for 2Rays restaurant, and you are just 10 metres away. Lots of taxis pass by and costs about 200d to Senegambia. Facilities - everything works the way it should; toaster, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, kettle. All crockery and utensils provided, even a dish cloth. Surroundings - you are minutes walking from a supermarket and several restaurants. 2 bathrooms - i only used one of them and the shower was wonderful. Toilet paper provided. 2 smart tvs - i only used one for Youtube and Netflix, and it worked well. 2 balconies, which were nice to sit out on and to dry clothes. Dining table for 6 and very comfortable furniture. Electricity - like many places here, you have to buy credit for it. The caretaker has an app and he will help you buy credit. I stayed for two weeks and I put just over £5 per week on the meter. Overall, a great stay. It could not have been any better. Highly recommended.

Great security quiet clean close to beach what more could you want

What a beautiful place to stay. The apartment has everything you need to make you comfortable. Bed was comfy plenty of seating, washer was the bees knees. Kitchen was like home. The veranda was wonderful, 2 sunloungers, 2 zero gravity chairs and a table and chairs,so able to follow the sun. Plus the monkeys came to visit. The veranda made our holiday. Kololi sands complex has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Pool snack bar, restaurant, some entertainment, sunbeds overlooking infinity pool. Henk and Sheriffo were excellent hosts nothing was to much trouble for them. Excellent Hosts.

Tedugal Guesthouse is a lovely place with amazing people. Everybody there is so nice and helpful, we felt at home right away. This is a very local and down to earth place far from the Senegambia mood. We adored the neighbourhood, there are sweet restaurants and merchants all around. The Guesthouse is beautifully designed, the food is incredible (try Domoda) - we will definitely come back. See you in two weeks!

It's a pity I only stayed one night. Bala place is extremely affordable, and also not too for from the main junction. Bala was extremely responsive. Even though i checked in very late he was also very generous, allowed me to stay an extra 3hrs to 4hrs whilst I get organised. I appreciate that !

The stuff was friendly and very helpful. They made sure the my stay there was comfortable and I really enjoyed it. The only thing that I can say is that I wish I had a TV in my room. Other than that I would stay there again in the near future. I would like to say thanks to the staff for all their help and support this was my first time to West Africa and they really helped me a lot in understanding some things.
