Very nice, high spec apartment, very clean and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The only downside is the that there is no real living room but overall the flat is very nice. It is located a little away from the city center but at a quiet location with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also a nice playground on the adjacent street which our kids enjoyed.

Christos and his wife Maria were so friendly and responsive from the moment we arrived making us feel right at home. The apartment has plenty of space and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We would gladly stay with them again in the apartment anytime we visit Evosmos. Thank you both for your hospitality!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed. On top of that, Kostas was the perfect host. We will definitely be returning here.

A good place for few nights for people who wants to visit this beautiful city. Highly recommended! Child friendly space.

Перфектно за двойки! Много приятно и поддържано местенце, на хубаво място точно до реката. Дори има опция за паркиране, което си е бонус, предвид че мястото е много оживено. Освен всичко, Яне е любезен и отговаря много бързо на всякакви запитвания.

Thank you so much for everything!🍀 The house was great! The hostage Dimitrios was very helpful, friendly and nice. We were 4 adults with 4 children. 😊There was hot water for everybody. Clean, cozy, luxury and beautiful! Right in the center of the calm village. Love everything about this place. We will come again. Just 15 minutes from Nea Peramos.♥️

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως σε ότι τους ζητήθηκε. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ιδανικό για διαφορετικές οικογένειες καθώς τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν μπάνιο το κάθε ένα ξεχωριστά. Διαθέτει μεγάλη αυλή στην οποία μπορούν να παίξουν μικρά παιδιά.

Вики е много любезна. Апартамента е точно до морето и е много удобно и чисто.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Georgia, sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war wie beschrieben und sie hat sogar noch ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl für uns besorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

Ons verblijf in het huis van Anna was geweldig fijn. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op zee. Rustige omgeving; want kleine groep huizen, 28 stuks. Niet allemaal continu bewoond. Winkels en restaurants op 20 kilometer afstand. Zowel naar rechts als naar links mogelijk over de rustige provinciale weg. Het huis is comfortabel met horren tegen de kleine vliegjes. En heeft verschillende zitjes binnen en buiten. Alleen de trap vond ik een beetje lastig soms; een leuning zou wel handig zijn. Anna spreekt Grieks maar dat vertaalt prima via de airbnb-berichten. Compagnon Sophia spreekt engels en vertaalde bij aankomst. Zij woont vlakbij en is altijd bereikbaar. Maar wij hadden geen problemen, gewoon een heerlijke vakantie; gelukkig hebben we de foto's nog.

I’m glad that the host agreed to late check-in. Everything is just fine.

Good location, the home is old. The apartment is quite old, but it has been refreshed and can be accepted. It's terribly windy on the terrace, it's draughty, and we've even caught a cold. I recommend, if possible, to close one side of the terrace to avoid drafts.

Ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μου! Είχα μια υπέροχη διαμονή σε αυτό το διαμέρισμα! Όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά και καλά τακτοποιημένα, γεγονός που έκανε τη διαμονή μου πολύ ευχάριστη. Ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το διαμέρισμα και ανυπομονώ για την επόμενη επίσκεψή μου!

It was easy to find and very cozy

Absolutely one of the best apartments I visited clean , organised Mr. Konstantinos was really helpful with everything about the apartment, easily accessible, nice area , the apartment had everything you need! I will definitely look forward to visit again soon!

Ο Τάσος ήταν άκρως εξυπηρετικός ακόμη και πριν προχωρήσω στην κράτηση όταν επικοινώνησα για να ρωτήσω κάποιες λεπτομέρειες. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο. Ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες στο site. Ήσυχο και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Εύκολα προσβάσιμο και κοντά στο κέντρο του Ευόσμου! Η βεράντα είναι το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού! Θα το διαλέξω σίγουρα για το επόμενο ταξίδι μου! 😊
