He is a very kind person. He stopped by to welcome us when we got home and brought us a cake. He was really nice.

Beautiful place, well-decorated, it makes you feel straight at home and relaxed. The host has thoughtfully provided everything needed - from a fully equipped kitchen and coffee to shower gel and cleaning products - and it’s spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the couch with Netflix (included in the stay). Great location, close to nice restaurants and within walking distance of the metro that takes you to the city centre. We'd love to come back!

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

We stayed over the othodox Easter and enjoyed the house and the area around the house. The check in and communication was very easy and we always received quick answers from Ekterini. We had two babies with us and there was plenty enough space in the bedrooms to place a baby bed next to the beds. I recommend this stay!

Amazing place, we enjoyed every day

We spent 13 days in Khaled's house. First of all, Khaled is extremely friendly and will do our best to make your stay perfect. Available, friendly and attentive. The place is simply idyllic with an amazing view, a private pool and only for your use with very nice dimensions. The house is also very quiet in a green setting and overlooking the island of Eubée. A few minutes away you will find the many restaurants, supermarket and beaches of Nea Palatia, The interest of this house is also its proximity to Athens (45 km ) which makes it an interesting starting point to regularly go to Athens to visit the many archaeological sites (Acropolis, Gora, Plaka...). The house lends itself well to visiting the Delphi site. I recommend it for families!

An amazing place to stay and feel that you are in an island just few hrs drive from Athens. The room was spotless clean, spacious and the view from pool was breathtaking. Iasonas is an amazing host and enjoyed our time there . Definitely we ll be back . Thank you Iasonas!

Our stay was exceptional: the view was stunning, the rooms were comfortable, AC units easy to access/operate. Beautiful beach decor to really put you in a Beach Vacation Mood. Would definitely recommend and great for families too! The hosts were so welcoming and recommended nearby local spots.
