Come gruppo di 7 persone, la scelta di questa casa è stata molto azzeccata :) Le host sono state molto flessibili con l’orario di check-in e molto accoglienti. Se dovessi ricapitare in zona ci tornerei

Posto meraviglioso, vista dalla terrazza e magnifica, gli ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi .Un posto dove sicuro tornerò. P.S grazie per il bellissimo Weeknd

This is a very very special place and we had an amazing holiday here swimming and paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains and enjoying many meals al fresco with the very special view of Orta San Giulia from the house. This is an old family home so don’t expect fancy modern furnishing and equipment. But the antiques and decor only add to a special feeling and beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine with plenty of hot water and everything you need for your holiday is provided. We brought our own paddle boards as it was cheaper to pay to bring them than hire locally and we enjoyed being able to jump on them from the end of the garden and find some sun when the sun was off the garden late afternoon. Also there are bitey midges so bring repellant.

Siamo stati una settimana ospiti in Villa, ed il tempo ha improvvisamente cominciato a rallentare. Fermi in una poesia. Eravamo 8 bipedi e 2 quadrupedi, e se parlassi il linguaggio dei cani giurerei che forse si siano divertiti moltissimo anche loro. Ognuno aveva i suoi spazi, i ragazzi hanno fatto loro la mansarda e la stanza dei sigari (noi l’abbiamo battezzata così), la piccola Viola e me abbiamo occupato la stanza del ricamo (nostra imputazione) per leggere e disegnare. Il giardino dei cani e dei 4 adulti per tornei di scala quaranta, pisolini, bagni di sole e griglia. La Villa di Elisabetta ha solo un grosso problema…quando ci vai, non vorresti mai più andare via. Elisabetta gentilissima, simpaticissima, come pure Angela (il burro e la sua toma hanno accresciuto il punteggio). Il nostro soggiorno è stato indimenticabile, ed oggi siamo tornati a casa in silenzio…ognuno con un pezzettino di cuore lasciato a Pialpetta.

Parfait, très bon accueil et maison très agréable avec une vue magnifique ! Très sympathique pour toute la famille et tout proche du centre d'Aoste et du château de Serre. Je recommande 👍

We had a wonderful stay in Vanda's house. We were four adults and a baby and there was plenty of room for everyone. Vanda supplied a crib with its linens, which meant we did not have to check a porta-crib with our luggage. Vanda encouraged us to make use of her large vegetable garden and we enjoyed her salad greens every day. The backyard is enormous and there were plenty of lawn chairs for relaxing. We were delighted to find a baby swing hanging from a tree branch. The location is perfect-two minutes walk from an alimentari and five minutes to the cafe, center of the village, and the playground. We look forward to staying in Vanda's home again!

The best house in Nus and in Aosta. The house is completely new and super comfortable for couples, families and friends. The location is very good near Aosta and 2min from main road . In Nus there are few nice restaurants. Fulvio and his mother are very welcoming and friendly, great communicators and always available for questions. I would very recommend stay on Fulvio house.

La casa de Gael y Ulrika es una maravilla! Esta muy bien puesta, con materiales muy nobles y con excelente gusto. La ubicacion es UNICA! Hay una vista que se aprecia desde todas las habitaciones del lago y las monta;as impresionantes!! Fue su vivienda durante 15 a;os y la cuidan con mucho esmero. La terraza es maravillosa y amplia, hay unas saltarinas para los chicos ( y grandes) Para llegar hay una bajada pronunciada que puede ser tensionante pero vale la pena este peque;o esfuercito!!! Se puede bajar a Pella caminando es muy corto el trayecto aunque si empinado, muy buen ejercicio diario. La zona es encantadora, y hay varios paseos que hacer. Gael y Ulrika te cuentan todo!!!

Siamo stati da Nicole e Gabriele per un addio al nubilato. Direi esperienza super! Sono stati carinissimi e ci siamo trovati subito in sintonia, abbiamo cenato e pranzato insieme e ci siamo sentite a casa. Una casa con una storia, un vissuto e un’anima. Grazie di cuore

My friends and I (9 people total) spend Christmas here. It was so dreamy and cozy for a large group and we were super comfortable. Valeria was super responsive and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. Alex was an amazing person and welcomed us and showed us around the house. We had a couple of minor issues and Alex came right away to help us out. Thank you Alex! The place is on the side of the road, but it was peaceful and we did not get any noice from the road. It is also a short drive from grocery stores and about 20 to 30 mins drive to Turin. It was also 1.5 hrs away from 2 great ski places that we had the chance to visit. Because it was winter we couldn’t make use of the outside area, but it looks super nice and dreamy for a summer stay as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again myself.

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden oder zu bemängeln. Wir würden uns sehr freuen dort wieder hinzufahren. Also insgesamt volle 5 Sterne.

Beautiful property with a remarkable location. Very freindly staff that helps you with everything and really wants you to have a great stay. Would recommend if you are in Piedmont.

Excellent séjour chez Stefano, tout était parfait.

superbe demeure avec de très beaux volumes, on se sent à l aise. parc magnifique fleural, piscine très grande et arborée. maison remplie de classe mais aussi au sein de la nature. appartement très agréable à vivre à 4. Propriétaires gentils et attentionnés, intelligents et discrets, qui aiment ce qu ils font. La maison est très bien située entre le piemont et le lac d aoste. Dans le val, nous avons fait du rafting et du canyoning. visiter aoste et le ford de Bard. Les paysages sont à couper le souffle Dans le piemont, aller au lac d orta, c'est magique et dans le val chauselle. Turin est à faire également. Une semaine magnifique, merci à Nicole et Bianca pour tout.

Very friendly host. The vibe was nice and relaxing, great interior and facilities. It is placed pretty remote, but easy acces to the place - it is like at nice hotel, just smaller, more private with very good vacational and cozy facillities - nice to have the outdoor kitchen and you can have groceries in the fridge :)

Après avoir quitté en urgence notre 1ère location face à la malhonnêteté de nos précédents hôtes, Barbara et Stefano nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse, réactivité et bienveillance du jour au lendemain. Ils ont mis tout leur coeur pour sauver nos vacances. C’est une villa très propre, immense, confortable chargée d’histoire, rénovée avec goût. Idéalement située face à l’église, vue sur le château, une pause suspendue dans le temps pour se ressourcer au calme avec piscine. Aux petits soins pour leurs invités, ils ont un grand sens du service et font les choses avec leur coeur. Une fois sur place vous serez émerveillés. C’est « un petit trésor » , « une perle rare ». Nous vous remercions pour tout 🙏🏻. Deux petits anges sur notre chemin ⭐️. Nous restons convaincus que l’univers fait toujours en sorte de replacer les gens là où ils doivent être.…Nous devions vivre cela, vous rencontrer et nous retrouver à cet endroit précis. alex muy atento y muy amable. El lugar es precioso y con mucha tranquilidad. volveremos a ir cuando tengamos más tiempo libre. 100% recomendado para quien quiera evadir se de la realidad unos días.
