A cosy secluded retreat with wood-burner, fully equipped kitchen, private garden and secure off-road drive parking. Stunning views and walks from the door. The famous Dovedale beauty-spot is easily accessible straight from the cottage. There are 2 good cycling trails close by where you can hire bikes or if you bring your own we have a secure bike store.A very warm welcome awaits!

Parsons Barn is over 300 years old and stands at the entrance to the village of Hartington in the beautiful White peak in the Peak District National Park . The cottage has a private and safe south facing fully enclosed garden with BBQ and outdoor garden furniture. Hartington itself is a popular pretty village boasting some 3 pubs 3 cafes, post office , Deli Stores and News agents and of course our very own famous Cheese shop not to missed Walking and cycling can be done from the front door

Walking and cycling routes are available on your doorstep and after a long busy day the garden or local pub await. The village has a range of amenities including a well stocked village store, farm shop, a tea room and two public houses.

A perfect tucked away escape located in the stunning Peak District. A traditional Shepherd's Hut set on the edge of a large open field with rolling views of the countryside. A very secluded spot, pure escapism! Quirky & unique perfect to unwind away from the bustle of daily life. The hut sleeps two in a double bed. All bedding and towels are provided. In order to not make the Shepherd's Hut too cramped we have a separate utilities hut just a few feet away.
