Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Shikoku

Very close distance to both station and boat station, very convenient for island hopping!Go to far away places, such as Ritsurin Park google map, walk to the station again, very convenient ~ and close to the commercial street!!!Just a 7.8 minute walk away!So much to eat!Recommend seafood to eat oysters!And super duper tasty!There is also a canteen, cheap and delicious!

The owner was very sweet and accommodating to so many utility and bedding around the house. Yamashita san welcomes all of us and was very thorough on the house tour. We all loved Sasuke as our receptionist and we hope to come back again soon!

Brett and his wife were so welcoming and friendly. The house is artistically decorated, a really unique place. It is very close to Uno Port where you can easily go to islands such as Naoshima. They recommended the onsen on the port which was perfect at the end of the day. Make sure to follow Brett’s specific directions with the photo that he will send you. It made the location easy to arrive by car.

This location, location, amenities, and the responsiveness of the Seto house were all good!️ Also, the children were very happy and enjoyed it because of the good location. I stayed with a family of five, but it was just the right size. I look forward to your next visit to Shikoku.😆👍

It was a fully equipped place with everything for the convenience of travelers. It was neat and tidy, so we spent really comfortably. I was able to enjoy Takamatsu in a rustic neighborhood:) I had a pleasant stay because they were kind and responsive! I hope I can go back to 😊 Takamatsu. 👍

We had a wonderful time at Yoriko's house. Yoriko was an amazing host. The house was very comfortable, well equipped and had very generous breakfast ingredients, including ingredients for home made bread. Yoriko very kindly booked restaurants for us and gave us lots of tips in what to do. The house is within walking distance of the town centre. We enjoyed a hike up mount Bizen, and drove to temple 13 and walked from there to temples 14 and 15. We also visited The Naruto whirlpool. Great place to spend a few days. Wish we had more time.

This place was awesome and even though I was a solo traveller I used all the rooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals (even proper knives) and the bathroom/ shower was spacious and clean. Ryoko was a terrific host. She was able to answer all my questions and was so helpful in every way. This was the best value place I think I have ever stayed in, across 3 countries. If you do not cope well with steep stairs (about 10, I think) then you won't like this place. My legs got a good workout using them. Great views from the top floor. Many thanks.

Great place to stay. Everything was great except that WIFI was bad as it was portable.

Well equipped apartment with lots of space. Mattresses on the floor and an extra bedroom. We enjoyed the kitchen with all its amenities and the large dining table. The neighborhood is peacefull and the apartment is close to the main places in Hiroshima. We highly recommend it.

A gem! We loved our stay at Shoji’s place - the perfect location just a few minutes walk to the Peace Park, trams and restaurants and there’s even a Lawsons a few steps away. The apartment is in a quiet area and was spacious and squeaky clean with everything we needed (washing machine was so handy) with views over Hiroshima and mountains. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve had during our stay in Japan - we slept so well. Shoji is a kind and responsive host. A joy to stay here!

Kamiya was an organised and responsive host - she supplies guides/vids on checking in + how to walk from station etc. Very well organised. Super responsive. The accommodation is very clean and what you see in the description photos is what you get. It is in a wonderful location - a few min for peace park, 30 seconds to shops & great places to eat & transport, a few min walk to ferry across to Miyajima etc etc. Definitely would stay here again. The owner is very enthusiastic about checking in and out, and the location of small snacks and green tea is also very good, and the airport bus is a few minutes away and you will choose here again next time!

Spacious and comfy! We loved the tatami lounge with poofs to relax on. Very conveniently located and close to a tattoo friendly hot spring. We were also saved by the umbrellas that are there for guests to use. Great value for money!

This was literally in the best location to everything you need. Walking distance to streetcar, big shopping, restaurants and peace memorial park. We would defiantly stay here again! The space was bigger than expecting and bigger than most places in downtown area.

The room is clean and spacious, close to tram station, supermarket and tourist destination. It is strongly recommended.

I arrived late on the day of check-in, but they were very kind to pick me up at the station and cared if it was cold. It was also close to the station, so it was convenient to ride Shimanami Kaido and go to other stations, and it is quiet at night because it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The inn itself is an old house, but the facilities were new and beautiful, very spacious, and I was very satisfied with my stay alone. We would love to stay again when traveling to Imabari.

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to Kochi Castle and Hirome Market

great apartment, really high end and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and just the sort of place you want to spend time in while travelling around. 20 min walk to sea temple ferry and atomic dome/ park / museum. good bakeries nearby and tram / bus stop 5 mins away. the location on a main road, and traffic noise, won't be to everyone's liking, but this is a lovely place to stay.

This is a really beautiful and spacious place. We all liked the design, and it was easy to get around with the train nearby. Perfect for a short stay in Takamatsu.

We have enjoyed our stay in this double bedroom appartement. It was very clean and very spacious for the 3 of us. It is well located to explore Onomichi and it is at a walking distance from the train station.

It was a new and clean inn.Excellent access to tourist destinations, and there are no problems with nearby restaurants.You can definitely stay here. There is also a coupon for free to nearby hot springs, and the service is good. The price is high, the floor is very cold, the air is dry but there is no easy humidifier, and there are no complaints except for the three points.
