Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

It has a 120 m2 house distributed over two floors, gardens, a private pool with a solarium and hammocks, a playground, a barbecue, ample parking, and an area with a floating platform surrounded by grass and palm trees where you can relax while facing the impressive Cornisa del Tajo.

The apartment does not respond to a classic mountain country house, it is rather a neat and tastefully decorated apartment, with new materials and strongly isolated; of contemporary image. Of course, when looking out the window, or opening the double door, the exultant nature goes through the retina and we are seized by an ancient mediterranean forest. In the middle of nature, only 500 m. from Coripe station (Vía Verde de la Sierra); upstairs, from the wooden porch, there is a spectacular panoramic view of the area (cyclable route of the Vía, Sierra de Algodonales). You can leave the house in the afternoon, after 2:00 p.m. (provided that on that day there is no entry of new guests), you can ask for this detail when making your accommodation inquiry.

La Zzinetina is specially designed for a couple's getaway. 50" Smart TV with Home Cinema system and cable TV that includes on-demand channels, movies/series/music, as well as a large designer bed with a custom-made mattress. The electric fireplace with a lit flame effect offers warmth in the room and a cozy atmosphere. The reclining sofa is convertible into a bed. The bathroom is notable for its spaciousness and includes a whirlpool tub and heater.

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.
