Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Haiku – a mini-house in Hailuoto

Haiku is a modern and compact (21.5 m2) mini-house in Hailuoto's Keskikylä. It exudes relaxation and peace, even though it is located with others like it in a housing association. The shops are about 1.5 km away and Hailuodon Brewery is less than a kilometer away. Marjaniemi is 11 kilometers away. You can also get there by public transport. Note: No sauna. Haiku has a fiber optic connection and is heated by ecological wind power. Air heat pump for cooling and heating. No animals. Fragrance-free detergents.

Tunnelma on moderni mutta lämmin – juuri sopiva niin lomailijoille kuin työmatkalaisille. Pihan kruunaa ulkosauna jonka voi varata ennakkoon lisämaksusta 95e, jossa voit nauttia suomalaisesta saunakokemuksesta omassa rauhassa. Saunan jälkeen on ihana istahtaa pihalle ja antaa mielen levätä. Pihapiilo – oma rauha, piha ja oma hetki lepoa.

Paradise by the sea

Tässä uniikissa kohteessa saat mökkeillä luonnonkauniilla rannalla todella omassa rauhassa. Mökin vierestä alkaa noin kilometrin pituinen kaunis hiekkaranta, jolla ei juuri muita käyttäjiä ole. Lähin naapuri noin 500m päässä. Mökillä on sähköt ja ilmalämpöpumppu. Mökillä odottaa vähintään 20 litraa puhdasta juomavettä. Lisää toimitetaan sopimuksen mukaan. Pesuvesi otetaan ulkoseinän hanasta. Marjaniemen majakan tunnelmallinen valo näkyy reilun 2,5 km päässä. Läheltä löytyvät retkeilyreitit.

Lapsiperheet huomioitu: matkasänky, syöttötuoli, potta, astiastot ,pelejä jne... Keittiössä voit valmistaa omat ateriasi. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat samaan hintaan.

Little red cottage

Mökki on hirsirakenteinen hevostilan vanha päärakennus ja kohta 100 vuotta vanha. Vuonna 2010 mökki on peruskorjattu lattiasta kattoon. Mökissä on 45 neliötä ja sisältää makuuhuoneen, tuvan ja kylpyhuoneen. Mökki sijaitsee hevostilan pihapiirissä ja tilalla on hevosia ja kissoja. Hevosia saa tervehtiä sovittaessa. Isäntäväki asuu samassa pihapiirissä. Mökkissämme sallitaan eläinvieraat. Ruokakauppaan 6 km Uimarannalle 4 km Luontopolulle 3 km Ouluun 35 km I speak english.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
