You can sit undisturbed in the orangery and enjoy the tranquility and views of the forest and field. There is an outdoor firepit/grill. Hvam is located in the middle of Jutland with 10 to Viborg and 30 minutes to Herning and Silkeborg, respectively.

Konfirmandstuen Grønbæk Præstegård

In scenic surroundings lies the historic Grønbæk Præstegård 1757. The Confirmation Room, which consists of a private entrance, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, is rented out. Get a freshly laid egg, pick berries, or take a walk in the amazing outdoor areas. The Confirmation Room is located at the opposite end of our private home and has its own entrance. 5 minutes to Ans (shopping, etc.). 15 minutes to Silkeborg (nature, restaurants, culture, shopping) 45 minutes to Aarhus (with everything the city of smiles has to offer.)

Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed with a view of the lake or take the mountain bike and ride the route outside the door. Only your imagination sets the limits in this beautiful place!

Fishing: fish in Funderå from our meadow (bring your own fishing rod) 4 km to put and take Mountain bike/road: 5 km on gravel road and forest path to the famous MTB track in Silkeborg Vesterskov. 15 min by car to Silkeborg BIKEPARK. Hilly and suitable road terrain.

The apartment has the possibility of accommodation for up to 4 people but adjacent rooms with external access, allowing for up to 10 people. You can fish, swim, and sail on the lake right at your fingertips. You can hike in the forest (Himmelbjerget is a neighbor) and on Denmark's Tag, the mountain biking routes are many.

The cottage is located in Søhøjlandet, which invites you to hiking, fishing and nature experiences and only a few km to Knudsø with good swimming facilities. There are also several good golf courses and bicycle and MTB routes in the area. From the cottage, it is 17 km to Silkeborg, 34 km to Aarhus, 6 km to Ry and 15 km to Himmelbjerget.
