WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmentally and allergy-friendly paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

The small village house.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We offer a cozy house, originally from 1890, which we have renovated with a gentle hand. We have a nice, functional and fully equipped kitchen. Play one of our many board games or enjoy our cozy garden. The house is located in a small village, but close to a larger city, Kjellerup (4.3 km), with some shopping opportunities. The house is centrally located in Jutland, close to the beautiful towns of Viborg (20 km), Silkeborg (20 km), Aarhus (52 km), Billund (80 km).

Small house close to lake, forest and city

We rent out this small house with its own garden and terrace, a short walk from the forest and lake. The home is located close to Silkeborg city center, 5 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk through the forest. There is free parking. The house has the necessary amenities and has two bedrooms with a bed and sofa bed, respectively. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and two toilets. We provide towels and bed linen. The house is located on a hilly plot and there are therefore stairs up to the house.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Public transport (bus) 850 m. Silkeborg City Center 5 km. Jyllandsringen 4,4 km. Silkeborg Golf Club 3,7 km. Gødvad Hallen 1,4 km. Svostrup Kro 7 km. Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

A wonderful apartment in the middle of the most beautiful nature, with free access to the water park, sports hall, indoor playground and much more. Right outside the door are the wildest hills and the most beautiful forests, which call for a walk, a run or a few kilometers on the back of a mountain bike. Close to nature and culture. There are many marked hiking and mountain bike trails and easy access to swimming lakes and golf course. Museum Jorn, Silkeborg Bad, Aqua and Silkeborg Museum with Tollundmanden are close by. Walking distance to shopping, station and city center. Free WiFi. There are terraces in front of and behind the house and a large carport. In the garden, there is a shelter.
