House vacation rentals in Siloam Springs

Our group of 4 began planning this trip in the spring of 2020. The covid bug reared it's ugly head and we postponed until Oct, 2020, thinking " By Oct. it will all be blown over! Well...4 years later...there we were! FINALLY! It was well worth the wait! I cannot say enough about the beauty, comfort,tranquility and ....location, location, location! The home was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable! Beautiful views from the deck! We found something new to do every day! I'd go back tomorrow and I'm sure we'd find more fun things to do! Beaver Lake is amazing and we regretted that the Marina was closed for the season so we didn't get out on this huge lake! Thanks to Jon, our host, for being "available", patient and flexible! Thanks to the people of North West Arkansas for being so friendly, fun and welcoming!! Altogether? A perfect week! ( Except it was too short)

Everything was extremely clean which makes it easier to relax. There are thoughtful touches throughout, like dog bowls for your best friend and toys in the playroom. Even though it was too cold for the pool it was spotless and the yard was pristine. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after biking all day and the neighborhood is quiet. I would highly recommend Aimee’s home.

The only thing negative and it’s really not negative but I missed in the description that this was a 2 story home. More than half our group was 60 and over fortunately the stairs were not a problem for 2 of us. The two that could not climb them were accommodate well in the large bedroom downstairs. Beautiful home and a great location

Our group of 8 was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and private back yard. We enjoyed cooking some meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our food. Excellent way to bring our family together from several states!

We loved our stay at the Hobbit House! It was such a unique experience and so relaxing. The location was really great too - it had a quite country feel while being just 10 minutes from a cute downtown area and restaurants. We would definitely come back! My only note is that the cleaning fee seemed high to me, especially with all the requests for check-out (guests wash dishes, take out trash, etc.). However, it is a very large house. Overall, we loved it and would surely recommend it to anyone!

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed ten days in family and had a very good time. The house is super complete, the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for meals a lot, along with the barbecue, and everything worked properly. The location of the house is very good, close to a Walmart supercenter, and is close to good places for hiking. In short, we enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it for sure!

This is my second time staying here. We use it for our staff retreat and it is perfect for our small staff. Plenty of space for us to eat and plan together. Beautiful, retro feel to the home.

Was in a nice secluded area with plenty of parking, will definitely be coming back!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

This place was perfect for the groomsmen to stay for my son’s wedding! So spacious and clean! 10/10 recommend!

The place was perfect for our group, beautiful views, comfy beds and gracious hosts. Plenty of kitchen ware and clean linens. Has a homey feel, was very clean, which was comfortable for all! The best was having 2 distinct living areas for adults/kids to spread out.

Great place to stay with a large family, house was clean and cozy… boat launch was one minute away, we had a wonderful time here.

Very large, accommodating home for a family reunion. The view of the lake is beautiful. Comfortable beds. The basement game room was a hit. Only one bedroom on main floor, so make sure all guests know there are stairs involved. The home had everything we needed. We loved the multiple gathering spaces and also wished the weather had been better so we could have utilitized the decks with lake views. Note very steep driveway as listed in the description. We would stay here again, beautiful older home with Great Lake view!

Great place to stay. Very nice and clean space right off the boulevard. I was there for work, so I didn’t have time to do much in town, but definitely recommend this space if you need a nice quiet home to stay at.

We loved this place so much! It's beautifully furnished and you clearly thought of every little detail. We especially were grateful for the well appointed kitchen- we were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving meal!! The fire pit was fun with the grandkids and the view from the deck is wonderful. Thank you!!

Host Barb was quick and happy to share her in-depth knowledge of the town she loves so much. Inside her cottage, there was a ton of information, e.g. maps, pamphlets, photos to help guide us through the Eureka Springs experience. It seemed important to her that we get the most out of our short visit. Her (updated) historic cottage was centrally located to dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and places of interest. Parking was straight out the front door. The house was spotless, organized, well-furnished; the beds and linens were super comfortable. All the appliances worked properly, there was plenty of hot water for showers. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We'll be back!

Had a great stay with family while in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider this home again if we have a large group staying in the area. Kids loved the play room and plenty of fun and secure space to run around the backyard.

Our family of seven (mom, dad, five teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. There was plenty of room for everyone to be perfectly comfortable. All of the amenities (fire pit on deck, s'mores supplies, kayaks, games, etc) helped to make this a super fun and memorable experience for us all. We would love to come and enjoy this cabin again one day!

Such a fun stay with beautiful views, perfect scenery and the perfect location between a big city with a private feel! It was the perfect space for the bachelorette party and I will 100% be recommending to everyone I know!

Amazing home! I completely fell in love with this home. The location was perfect. Close enough to everything but still private. The house was very clean, linens and towels smelled so good. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very fluffy. That’s important to me! She left thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy. I really can’t say enough about how much we I loved this house. Would highly recommend.

Great place!! Comfortable and relaxing!! Cute patio, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of all the snow in the NW. Fit all of our needs!! 🤓
