Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Siloam Springs

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

Brandon's place was spacious and clean. Everything in the home was convenient and easy to use and overall our stay was very comfortable!

This was our 3rd stay at the Dababee House, and is one of our fav getaway spots to enjoy NW Arkansas and all it has to offer! Hiking, biking, great restuarants and coffee spots are plentiful! So much to do! We also just love staying in and relaxing in the sun room, in front of the wood fire, or being in the hot tub, whether for a sunrise, mid day or under the stars! Highly recommend!! 5+ stars!!!

Great place to stay close to anything you would want. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds and baths were very nice . I would recommend highly .

This place is fantastic and right off the hiking/biking trails. The view from the sunroom was fantastic with the beautiful trees and wooded forest with surrounding hills and the sunroom was perfect with the floor to ceiling windows to bring the outside in. The fireplace was a must and very welcomed given the very cold mornings. Very spacious and open living area with a couch long enough for 5 people. Very quiet neighborhood which was perfect. Having the washer/dryer was great not having to come back home to more than one load was so helpful. We will be back!!

Great place!! Comfortable and relaxing!! Cute patio, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of all the snow in the NW. Fit all of our needs!! 🤓

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing and extremely peaceful. We did encounter an issue but Corey was on it and made it right. I highly recommend Corey as a host. Thank you Corey.

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying at this place. Like one of the other reviews mentioned, it's a lot nicer than it looks in the pictures. It was so quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated having the washer and dryer. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rain shower was amazing. It was very nice to open the French doors in the morning and sit out on the back covered porch. Our little Jeep renegade fit perfectly in the garage, and that gave us peace of mind for things being safe overnight. Even if it hadn't fit we wouldn't have had to worry, because the neighborhood is so calm and quiet. It only took us about 10 minutes to get to the local Walmart and an amazing Mexican restaurant in Bella Vista. It was a very short under 30 minute drive to get to Rogers and all the shopping, and obviously Bentonville is close by. Interior of the house was very nice and very clean. The large TV was a plus, and we were able to sign into our streaming services. Would definitely stay again!

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

We had a great stay at Gwen and Larry’s place! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance to walk to the football game at U of A. We’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

Great place to stay in Bentonville. Right off the square. Close to everything. The bed and blankets were soooo comfortable. Connie was easy to communicate with. Great bargain too.

We had a great stay visiting our son at college. This location is great - close to restaurants, the University and shopping.

Very convenient location with an excellent host. We are usually in NWA for only one or two days at a time. We definitely need to stay longer to take advantage of all there is to do. Mark’s place would be the ideal place to stay!

We had a great stay at this condo located right on Dickson Street. Parking was easy and the condo was right around the corner. It was plenty quiet even in a bustling area. It was a short walk to tons of great dining and entertainment and the University was a half/block away. The inside was clean and looks exactly like the photos. We felt right at home for our visit to UArk!

Craig was super friendly and the condo was clean and a nice comfortable stay. It was close to everything.

We were visiting U of Arkansas for the first time, and this was the perfect location. It's walking distance to both the campus and plenty of restaurants/bars. The building is very unique, and the unit must be well insulated, because we barely heard anyone else the entire stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
