Lucia was kind and caring before and during our stay; she took care of the arrival time by being at the reception with a jug of fresh water and a fruit basket. The apartment matched the descriptions in the listing; despite the hot days we did not suffer from the lack of air conditioning, making up for it with the fans present. The kitchen is really complete, nothing is missing as well as in the bathroom and in the rooms. The beach is within a 10-minute walk, and nearby there is a small grocery store, a pasta factory, a bakery, a fishmonger and a tobacco bar. A good solution for a vacation in Grottammare.

Spent the night before our early flight in Francesco's apartment. We had a lovely quiet comfortable night. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and bright. If necessary, we will not hesitate to book the apartment again!

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Due to the flu status of my wife and son we spent most days in the house and not on the ski slopes as we would have liked. However, we had a great time. The apartment is exactly as described, cozy, quiet and clean. The owner was kind and helpful. The location is strategic if you want to go skiing in Campo Felice or Ovindoli. I highly recommend the location if you want to spend quiet days and go skiing. Rocca di Mezzo is a small village that doesn't offer much else. There are restaurants - good - and some shops, but in general it feels like you're out of time...

Really nice house, it turned out to be perfect for our group. Very well-kept rustic mountain style, with everything you need to take advantage of the spaces; we enjoyed in particular the garden equipped thanks to the very pleasant temperatures on the days we stayed, beautiful view, privacy and peace. The location is excellent to reach with little effort the many places to visit nearby, from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio, to Campo Imperatore, as well as the L'Aquila. Luigi and Antonia are hosts who are attentive to details, super helpful and very quick to respond to every need, they also directed us well for excellent arrosticini, cooked at the barbecue in the garden. STRACONSIGLIATO!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. Thanks to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!

It was a wonderful experience, living in a beautiful and authentic home! My family and I had a great time, there was everything in the house and more we needed it! A cozy atmosphere and the cleanliness in height! Thank you very much, we'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. The house was clean and had all the useful comforts to make our stay as if we were at home. We recommend choosing Silvio's house!!!

We stayed about 12 days at this finished two-room apartment, my wife and two 9-month-old twins. We found two additional beds, the apartment has a beautiful view and is ventilated, fresh and clean, Francesco was very helpful and kind. Given the shape of the country, the sea view involves having the noise of the passage of trains...but this is a problem that Francesco cannot solve. Excellent experience

Considering that the town of Vasto is a beautiful reality of the Abruzzo coast; Philip's accommodation was also higher than expected: a newly built building, a bright apartment, well furnished, clean and with everything you need, private parking. Very nice and useful was the washing machine, new and efficient, which allowed us to wash even several times a day the playing uniforms of our small athletes (we were large for the well-known youth basketball tournament). Philip was always available and efficiently and quickly resolved a misunderstanding about the number composition of the rooms. I highly recommend this apartment, as for my family we will be back :-)
