Beachfront vacation rentals in Simius

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Pasquale is a great host-welcoming,friendly,communicative & humorous!What a find this house was. The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. We loved the outdoor terrace.The location,quiet &private is great,an easy walk to a beautiful beach.The island is beautiful,so many fabulous beaches. staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine chez Mario. Le logement est impeccable et tout confort dans un environnement calme et avec un beau jardin avec accès direct à la mer. Mario a communiquer avec nous tout au long de notre séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Il nous a guidé avant notre voyage et nous a adressé nombre de bonne adresse que ce soit pratique ou touristique. Mario est très attentionné avec ses hôtes, et de petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (fruits, boissons ,petit déjeuné…). Nous recommandons vivement Mario pour votre séjour en Sardaigne, vous ne serez pas déçu ni par le logement ni par Mario.

Wahnsinnig tolle Lage, direkt am schönen Sandstrand. Wir waren zu dritt dort und jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Der Balkon ist sicherlich das Highlight dieser Unterkunft.

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Barbara empfangen worden, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass Barbara „Casa Alma“ mit viel Herz eingerichtet hat und es pflegt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Belle maison à quelques pas de la plage. Tout le confort nécessaire et un logement spacieux, bien équipé. Facilité pour stationner la voiture devant le portail de la maison. Nous y sommes allés en décembre donc il n'y avait aucun voisin, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et son environnement paisible et bien entretenu.

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

What to say? This was our last stay of a long trip around the Island. We entered the villa and the first thing that came in our mind was "Wow!". The host is fantastic and very helpful. She is proactively asking if you are fine and making you feel comfortable immediately. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern and beautiful. The villa is beautiful with pool and hydromassage. The location is basically between 2-3 beaches that you can reach by walking. It's the first stay we had with no need of a car to move around. There is literally nothing I could complain about. And for sure I'm taking this contact for future stays!

La ubicación de la casa es magnifica con una vista al mar increíble. Ver la puesta de sol desde la terraza es impresionante. Las habitaciones están sencillamente amuebladas pero confortables, los baños cómodos y renovados, la cocina moderna y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La playa de cala Caterina es muy tranquila y prácticamente exclusiva, recomendable para descansar, nadar o hacer snorkelling. Se encuentra a pocos minutos de otras playas más amplias y bonitas como Porto Giunco, y también de Villa Simius con supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Roberto, el anfitrión de este hermoso lugar, fue muy amable y servicial, desde el primer momento siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada, realmente una atención personalizada. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en este casa, y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. La consideramos altamente recomendable.

Ich kann das Haus von Andrea nur empfehlen, ein nettes kleines Haus, mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist maximal eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Für mich persönlich war der Kontakt und Austausch mit Andrea ein Highlight. Er war super und gefühlt ständig zu erreichen, hat uns super viele Tipps gegeben und sogar zu einem Freund miteingeladen. Gefühlt ab Minute eins war es ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis! Auch als wir einen Medizinischen Notfall hatten, hat er in den Krankenhäusern angerufen, sich erkundigt und uns super geholfen. Lieber Andrea, danke für die schöne Zeit und bis ganz ganz bald!

Lieber Lorenzo, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche, die wir in Deinem Haus verbringen konnten. Hier stimmt wirklich rundherum alles. Vor allem die Sauberkeit, die freundliche Kommunikation mit Dir, die absolut ruhige Lage sind Dinge, die hervorgehoben werden müssen. Es ist schön, solche Kleinode zu finden. Wir kommen wieder. The house was wonderful but the location even better. Just steps from a stunning beach and trails you can take over to a marina that has a few little shops. The area is very special.

Stefano hat die Unterkunft sehr gut erklärt. Bei kleineren Problemen war er sofort erreichbar und hat kurzfristig geholfen. Wir mussten aus privaten Gründen früher abreisen. Hier hatte sich ebenfalls kulant und großzügig gezeigt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und Stefano hat sogar ein kleines "Startpaket" mit Pasta und Getränken zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Räume sind großzügig und jeder mit Klimatisierung ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Bad. Der Blick ist tatsächlich wie auf den Bildern traumhaft!

Just book it! You won’t regret it. It felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay there!

Wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub im Haus von Antonio verbracht - die Lage ist wirklich ein Traum, das Haus sehr gemütlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Antonios Eltern haben uns total freundlich in Empfang genommen und hatten sogar schon für uns eingekauft. Obwohl das Wetter Anfang Oktober durchwachsen war, haben wir eine super Zeit gehabt und werden ganz bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen!
