Beachfront vacation rentals in Simius

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

Pasquale is a great host-welcoming,friendly,communicative & humorous!What a find this house was. The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We had a really nice short break in Andrea's place, it is close to the beach with just walking distance. Additionally the garden is really nice and kid love it a lot

Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

We had a great week at Mario's place. The accommodation is impeccable and comfortable in a quiet environment and with a beautiful garden with direct access to the sea. Mario has communicated with us throughout our stay to see if everything is going smoothly. He guided us before our trip and sent us many good addresses whether convenient or touristy. Mario is very attentive with his hosts, and small touches awaited us upon our arrival (fruits, drinks ,breakfast...). We highly recommend Mario for your stay in Sardinia, you will not be disappointed either by the accommodation or by Mario.

Insanely great location, right on the beautiful sandy beach. There were three of us there and everyone had their own room. The balcony is certainly the highlight of this place.

We were very warmly welcomed by Barbara, she is very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt very comfortable. You can tell that Barbara has furnished and maintains “Casa Alma” with a lot of heart. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Nice, clean and safe!

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

What to say? This was our last stay of a long trip around the Island. We entered the villa and the first thing that came in our mind was "Wow!". The host is fantastic and very helpful. She is proactively asking if you are fine and making you feel comfortable immediately. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern and beautiful. The villa is beautiful with pool and hydromassage. The location is basically between 2-3 beaches that you can reach by walking. It's the first stay we had with no need of a car to move around. There is literally nothing I could complain about. And for sure I'm taking this contact for future stays!

Great house, great host, nice location.

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. The house was wonderful but the location even better. Just steps from a stunning beach and trails you can take over to a marina that has a few little shops. The area is very special.

Their villa was so beautiful. The views, the access to the sea and sunsets were breathtaking beautiful. A peaceful piece of paradise.. It is a wonderful place to stay with family and friends. It was very hard to leave today.

Just book it! You won’t regret it. It felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay there!

We had a great holiday in Antonio's house - the location is really a dream, the house very cozy, it has everything you need. There is really nothing missing! Antonio's parents welcomed us in a totally friendly way and had even bought us. Although the weather was mixed in early October, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
