Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

Do you like old houses with preserved details,so welcome to Bergåsa! There are two apartments for rent and a small cottage. See my profile You have your own private entrance and garden. wifi and cromecast available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So it can be some hustle and bustle,but we're kind and easy going. There may be a cat coming to visit. Close to Kivik, and the beach (walking distance) is about 15 minutes away. Stenshuvud National Park, Svabesholm and Kivik Art Centre are a kilometre away. welcome! Nina

At Gladsax Manor, it is now possible to rent the cozy white guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is suitable for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rental in 2026, weeks 26-27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) Check-in and check-out Sundays.

Located on a corner lot at a cul-de-sac in a secluded location with views of meadows and apple trees. "Golf in - Golf out" with walking distance to the courses from the house and garden. You can even see the golfers at hole 3 on Djupadal's golf course!

Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
