Beach cottage in the countryside

This getaway is for you who enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, sauna, swimming and boating. With an air-source heat pump, you can keep your cottage cool in hot weather. The ice hole is open all winter. The cottage is in the courtyard of an old farm, yet in its own peace. There is a nice 5 km walking loop around the lake. The closest cultural camps can be found in the summertime at Lauko Manor 14km away. The nearest shop and restaurant is 9km away in Narva. The cottage rent includes linens, towels, and tablecloths.

From the terrace of Villa Mimiksen you can enjoy magnificent views of the back of the Great Oksjärvi. Enjoy the whirlpool of the hot tub, or venture into the lake through the beach sauna. A beach sauna, a large terrace and three bedrooms offer relaxing accommodation for family and friends. Good equipment meets even the most demanding needs. A short drive from the center of Tampere, but still a quiet and private location.

Lakeside house 30 minutes from Tampere

A house on the shore of Lake Mahnalanselkä, which is full of fish. A peaceful, rural location, yet with good transport connections in many directions. A garden plot where the sun shines almost all day. You can admire the sunset from the lake thanks to the rowboat, two kayaks and two paddleboards at your disposal. The beach, which is shallow for a long stretch and has a soft bottom, faces west. The wood-fired sauna offers a good steam. Use of the outdoor hot tub must be arranged separately. Fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. You can also get to the destination by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The hot tub (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (1.5-30.9).

Niemi-Kapeen Mustikka - Cottage by the lake

The cottage Mustikka is an idyllic cottage surrounded by spruce forest and lake Näsijärvi scenery. The cottage includes a living room-kitchen, wood-burning sauna with a shower and a sleeping loft. The living room has a sofa bed. The cottage has no indoor toilet so you'll get to experience the Finnish outdoor toilet. The drinking water is provided separately but the cottage has warm tap water. This new (10/2025) triangular cottage is located on the shore of a small lake just a 20-minute drive from the center of Tampere, but in the middle of a large wooded plot, it feels like you are in the middle of the wilderness. Wake up to the birds singing, enjoy your morning coffee on the jetty and watch the mist rise from the water. Take a hiking or mountain bike trip in a nearby nature park or try your luck at fishing. Evening sauna, hot tub, fireplace and starry sky crown the day.

Private guesthouse with sauna

You will be staying in a separate house built in the late 1800s, which has been renovated in recent years into a relaxation space for our family. In addition to the sauna, the space has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, breakfast dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, blankets, pillows, bed linen, video projector, games, reading and a poorly tuned guitar. A children's travel cot or a sister's bed on the floor is available upon request.
