The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Ormanäsgården Mill Village

Welcome to Kvarnbyn at Ormanäsgården! Imagine the smell of your dinner as you sit down on the deck to enjoy the food and views at the same time.  The cottages are isolated for vacation rentals all year.  Air conditioning where the farm's solar cells provide coolness in summer and heat in winter. Rainwater from the farm is purified to be used, among other things, to flush the toilets.  Sheets and final cleaning are included. We're thrilled to accommodate you! Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Beautiful stuga with welcome breakfast!

Our stuga is located in the heart of Skåne County, South Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad can be reached within one hour. The stuga stands in a hilly and wooded environment where many beautiful walks can be made. There are trips to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golf, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy both in summer and winter months.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
