Very lovely stay, hope to come back one day ! The house is really magical and everything was as clean and functional. The water has a bit of a taste, like some other guests noted, so we brought a few bottles with us just for drinking and it was no problem. Bente left us some delicious home-made biscuits for our arrival. It was easy to access and park. It snowed a lot, but everything was regularly plowed. Thank you for everything !

A true oasis in the middle of nature – thanks to Martin and his wife! We were very lucky enough to spend a few unforgettable days in the cabin of Martin and his wife. From the beginning we felt more than welcome – the two hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and special as possible. The cabin itself is a real gem: rustic and cozy, perfectly embedded in the untouched nature. The view is breathtaking, and we enjoyed every minute of getting away from it all and experiencing the silence of the surroundings. But the absolute highlight was the warm care by Martin and his wife. They gave us various ways to actively explore the snowy landscape: from snowshoes to cross-country skis to a small sled, there was something for everyone. We can wholeheartedly recommend this cabin and its wonderful hosts.

Omar is an incredibly great host, very accommodating, helpful and professional. The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to other people who are thinking about booking.

This was our second time staying at this cabin and we were as happy now as our first time. Awesome cabin with very easy ski-in-ski-out to ski lift and cross country trails. Recommended!

The house is comfortable, functional, and attractive. The location was good for us as we were interested in both skiing and spending time in Lillehammer - in between worlds. We enjoyed the sauna, the warm, clean bathrooms, and the well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone and cosy places to gather together or enjoy a quiet time alone. We enjoyed the family vibe of the home.

Very cozy and modern apartment that was within walking distance to the ski slope, as we imagined because we were there on the sports holiday for skiing. From the apartment we had a wonderful view out over the village and mountains! Perfect driving distance and nice roads from Gothenburg. We would be glad to come back!

We had a pleasant stay in this very pretty and comfortable chalet. The check-in instructions are clear and the host responds quickly to various questions. The chalet is located in a very quiet place, with a beautiful view of Rena and the valley.

There were five of us in the cabin for the Birkebeiner run and we had a perfect time. In the cabin there was everything we needed for cross-country skiing vacation. Easily accessible by car despite a lot of snow, yet very quiet and with a great view! We enjoyed it a lot and hope to come back again, maybe even to the Birkebeiner again...

Svein and Margrethe's cottage was one of our all time favorite Air BNB rentals. The cottage was rustic, cozy, and very comfortable. We loved hanging out at the cottage and enjoying the fireplace. The location was perfect, with easy drives to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and the ski trails. Finally, our hosts made us feel welcomed and at home!

Very nice and cute house to have a cozy time for a few days. With plenty of space for 4 or more people. Great location, right by the forest entrance. Recommend "Kolosvea", around 10 minutes walk from the cabin. Very nice playground in the middle of the forest with the possibility of barbecue, with cabin and crawl space. Fun for small and big. Thanks for the loan, we had a great time!

Very comfortable, convenient, pleasant, clean and well-equipped accommodation. Next to a cross-country ski trail and close to the alpine ski trail. Tore responds very quickly if you have any questions.

Our group of 12 Birken skiers had a memorable stay here. Plenty of room to stretch out, beautiful view of valley from the main room. Hans even provided wax bench and iron. House actually has 3 showers and 3 toilets/ sinks, which was plenty for us. Since we were from USA, we did incur extra expense for linens/ towels, but that was fine with us. There is a 300 meter hike from parking lot to get to house -well worth it!

Absolutely lovely cottage in the mountains💛 There is probably the best shower in Norway🚿🤩. We had good weather and even though the ski trails had melted next to the cottage, we found lots of good trails nearby☀️😎. (bad snow conditions throughout Norway this winter) Unni Astrid answered quickly if we had any questions🌻

Very satisfied after nice days at the cabin. Great amenities, good beds and even nicer than the pictures! Quiet and cozy cabin village with good hiking opportunities, and nice host who responded quickly to inquiries. Highly recommend.

Nice cottage! Quietly located, nice decor, not too big but all the amenities are there, great shower and enough hot water for 4 people, especially the wood stove we loved. Friendly and easily accessible host. The children could sled wonderfully in front of the door and the ski out from the cottage to the slopes is perfect. The only downside we found was that the ski doesn't go on ski on its own from the alpine ski. The first 15 minutes you have to sting quite a bit, especially with young children that is the hassle. The last few days we took the car, 15 minutes drive to the valley so also fine to do.

Our stay at Espen and Anita’s cabin was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and right at home. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a perfect getaway. One of the highlights was the heated jacuzzi and sauna, which were a dream after spending the day in the winter wonderland outside. Whether relaxing in the cozy atmosphere of the cabin or exploring the stunning surroundings, every moment was pure joy. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to witness the northern lights on our last night! Communication with Espen and Anita was excellent - they provided all the necessary information in advance, and any questions were answered immediately. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend Espen and Anita’s cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable experience!

High and very nice location, very close to the trail around Heståsmyren. Good layout and well equipped cottage. Extra plus to the nice hill at the front where the kids could go sledding.
