Newly renovated, barbecue & patio, 150 meters to the sea

The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Newly built house (2019) of 44sqm with the possibility to live five people. The house is beautiful situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is an oak tree that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also the five minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and rocks in the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

On Bohuslänska Skaftö is Grundsund, a fishing community with well-preserved charm. Here there are sea stalls and small houses along the cliffs, around the quay and in the harbor canal. Here you and your family can rent a cozy home, 50 meters from the water with all the amenities. In 3 minutes you reach the amazing jetty that you can swim from and Restaurant Pelles for a good meal at sunset.
