Grocery stores, restaurants, Havets hus, etc. are located in Lysekil. 12 minutes by car. Choose between natural beaches, cliffs and child-friendly swimming. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the vicinity. Bicycles are available to borrow.

The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.
