Beautiful mini house in extension of our own house in attractive villa district, 250 meters from lovely, child-friendly beach. Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our mini house welcome you with warm colors, beautiful herringbone flooring and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

Relax in this charming and cozy cottage in scenic surroundings at Skæring beach close to Aarhus C: -300 meters to Skæring beach (2 paddle boards) -15 min. drive to Aarhus C. - 30 minutes to Mols Bjerge - Good shopping opportunities nearby The cottage is surrounded by a nice large terrace with dining table (heat lamps), large grill and a 6-person outdoor spa that is warm all year round. There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood stove.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
