High ceilings and large lovely areas for socializing both indoors and outdoors with a furnished terrace in three directions, at the same time comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, smart TV, and WiFi. Ski/bike storage right at the entrance and a drying room with a washing machine and dehumidifier where you can set and dry all equipment. This is the upper apartment with loft.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the views, the sunset and maybe a little northern lights. Take a walk in the woods and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing swim in the sea. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

Hiking and cycling trails start right outside and during summer there is a private dock and rowing boat by the lake. The ski resort is just over 1 km away and in winter it’s possible to walk or ski across the frozen lake to the lifts. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free EV charging. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.
