Welcome to us in Järvsö! We have decorated the apartment with the same wonderful feeling that we want when we go away and want to stay really well. With us, you stay in a newly produced apartment close to ski and bike lifts (about 200 meters). Outside, there are trails and paths for running, biking and cross-country skiing and a newly built outdoor gym. With us, the details are carefully selected with remote-controlled curtains from Luxaflex, details from Klong and Superfront and kitchen equipment from e.g. Global, Dualit, Le Creuset and Zwilling

Nice accommodation with sea plot

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation right by the sea. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the views, the sunset and maybe a little northern lights. Take a walk in the woods and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing swim in the sea. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to our architect-designed house with sauna, fireplace and views of the lake and ski slopes. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside and during summer there is a private dock and rowing boat by the lake. The ski resort is just over 1 km away and in winter it’s possible to walk or ski across the frozen lake to the lifts. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free EV charging. Welcome to our guest house in the cottage area Hästhagen by Lake Öjaren. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.

In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Nära till naturen men ändå inte lång från samhället. Stugan ligger i utkanten av en by där skogen tar vid, en å flyter intill stugan.En mysig grillplats finns där man laga matt på öppen eld, eller bara och njuta av brasan. 4 km till närmaste affär och 10 km in till staden Sandviken. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.

Här har ni tillfälle att hyra en stuga med året runt standard endast 20 m från stranden till Hälsinglands näst största sjö. Stugan ligger i en egen vik med sandbotten och barnvänlig strand. Kanadensare finns att låna. Möjlighet finns att hyra roddbåt med motor mot avgift.700kr/dygn,3500kr/vecka+ bensin. Finns även tillgång till Bastu med Relax mot avgift.200kr/timme. Missa inte detta tillfälle att bo i Vackra Hälsingland.

Double bed on the sleeping loft and bunk bed that is best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.
