The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Cozy, renovated basement level, about 50 square metres with its own entrance. Spacious bedroom with double bed and sofa bed that is 1.40 wide. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. There is free coffee/tea. You have your own large bathroom. Guests have access to outdoor area with tables and chairs, and there is easy check-in via key box. Location close to Haderslev city center and only 500 meters to the nearest shopping opportunity. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Access to a charging station for electric vehicles by appointment.

This cozy 50 m² wooden house is located just 50 steps from Aabenraa Fjord and a perfect, child-friendly swimming beach with shallow water. The house can accommodate 4 people and is located on a secluded property with no through traffic – ideal for families with children or couples. Here you will find a classic cottage atmosphere, the sound of waves and complete peace. Well laid out, bright and ready for your next vacation memory.

A cozy apartment in the countryside

There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with a duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing pad in the bathroom. A bathtub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and a grill. You can borrow a daybed if you're interested. There is a fly on all plastic windows. Take the windows is not the fly in. You put on your own linens.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is approx. 100 m2, and has air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a rollaway bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Private Guesthouse at Haderslev! Near city centre.

Guesthouse 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill. Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

School Stenderup - Entire home/3 bedrooms

Entire home for yourselves, which consists of 3 rooms in the old school, where you have a completely renovated bathroom and you have the large industrial kitchen with all the facilities available and a living room. Sit outside if the weather is good and enjoy breakfast overlooking the apple orchard. Take a stroll in the 360 m2 greenhouse or play badminton or table tennis (by appointment) in the old gym. You provide your own food.

Unique beach summerhouse with panoramic views

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private entrance, just 10 minutes from the E45 highway. All the essentials for daily life are provided. Always freshly washed bed linen, cleaned with Neutral Sensitive Skin – a hypoallergenic detergent. Various cozy blankets, cushions, a daybed, and two desks for work or study. You are more than welcome! 😊
