Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. It is a small cozy cottage with sea view about 700 meters from the beach. Close to hiking in nature reserves, exercise trails, coastal fishing and cozy marinas. Good location to just relax or discover our wonderful coastal area or maybe explore the whole of Halland. Shops, restaurants and cafés are nearby and there is a bus stop next to the property.

The guest house has a double bed. In the sleeping loft, there is a small double bed and a baby bed. Small shower and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and fridge. A patio deck on the short side of the guest house is accessed through a stable door from inside the carport. There's a gas grill. View of the beech forest and our chicken farm. Sheets and towels are included. Cleaning included.

Hey! My little red tiny house is located in the Swedish forests of Halland. So if you love it really quiet and close to nature, this is the right place. Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
