The location is very convenient, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, it is very close to the scenic spot and supermarkets, it is very convenient for self-driving. The house is well maintained, clean and tidy. The scenery outside the house is beautiful.the landlord communicates in a timely manner and provides what we need.I hope in next time will order this house again.

Was the perfect house to accommodate my son & wife, brother & wife to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everything we needed for drinks in the evening either on verandah or inside And a great kitchen, table, glasses, a variety of different sized serving dishes for sharing both formal & informal meals. Beds very comfortable as were bathrooms.

It is definitely one of our best stays and the house was spotless and very clean! Lisa is very thoughtful and prepared high chair and cot for us which is very helpful! Definitely recommend and wou look d love to come back again:)

Sue and Dean's place is just wonderful. A lovely, serene, well appointed gem with all you need for a comfortable stay, and a view that's gold. We didn't want to leave! They are perfect hosts and we would highly recommend a stay there on your next trip to Dunedin/Otago. Great location as well. We were thoroughly pleased.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean View. We were very comfortable and very pleased with all the amenities. The beach a few minutes walk away was great. Janne was there to give us a warm welcome and allowed us to leave a little later on our departure day which was very kind.

Lovely place, very clean, quiet, and had all the amenities to be very comfortable and enjoy the St Clair neighborhood. Walking distance to the Esplanade and pool, and several cafes and restaurants. Kitchen well set up for cooking easy meals, and nice to hang up wet swim suits and towels on the clothesline in the back yard. We loved the St Clair location and would happily stay again.
