Monthly Rentals in Šmrika

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment on the Istrian coast. The view and decor of the apartment were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Unfortunately we were there in March, so the pool wasn't filled yet and it was still too cold to take a dip. However, we could sit in the sun on the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the coast is within walking distance (if you can walk a bit) and by car there are many beautiful places within driving distance. We really found the kitchen and all the items to be used to be a plus, so we could also cook for a few days and eat relaxed in the apartment.

We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

Gianna is a wonderful person. Communication with her is easy and pleasant, she is always available, very kind and helpful. The house has a great view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pool allows ample private use – we were six adults and two kids, and from the square it was a perfect fit. Billiards and a small ping pong table are also available if you feel like playing. A small supermarket is at walking distance. Restaurants and shopping are about a 10-minute drive away. Śmrika is a nice, quiet little village. I can only recommend this accommodation! The only downside was the mattresses – they are very soft and easy to push in by hand. Also, there was no bedding cover so I had to buy new linens at Lidl. Otherwise, everything was very comfortable. Everything was as pictured, we had a very good time and the host is super friendly. I can only recommend it, I'd love to come back.
