Skiing in Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai or Sölden as well as hiking, the Stuibenfall, the Ötzi village or Area 47 are within easy reach.

Residenz Berghof Mösern | Top 2

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. There is a seating area and a kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured at the apartment. Other facilities include a terrace and free parking. Innsbruck Airport is 35 km from the property. Please note that the local tax is not included in the price ( € 5 per adult per day)

Cozy studio in a central location (20 m²) with ideal access to the ski resorts: 10 minutes by bus to Sölden, 15 minutes to Ötz and 25 minutes to Gurgl. You can access the cross-country ski trail directly from the house. In summer, you can go cycling, mountain biking and climbing. A grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop is only a 1-minute walk away. Pets are allowed ONLY ON REQUEST and are very welcome!
