Apartment of approx. 22m2 with loft, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with refrigerator and induction plates. The annex is located at an angle to the carport/tool shed and is in the garden. There are 4 beds, two on the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/linens/towels/dishcloths are for free use. There is the possibility of borrowing a washing machine/dryer, and the greenhouse is for free use, however, together with the host couple. The home is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest and 8 km from Juelsminde.

Relax in this unique and quiet home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

In the Annex there is a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. In the kitchenette there will be some cooking utensils, so you can make some coffee and toast some bread. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
