Super friendly and friendly host, clean and with everything, very positive experience. The exterior is also remarkable, unfortunately due to bad weather we did not take advantage of it. 10 minutes from the center of Carpi and 30 minutes from Modena, a relaxing structure. In short, great value for money and recommended!!

excellent accommodation to say the least: apartment as elegant as it is comfortable, equipped with everything you need, even more (the entire breakfast kit is very appreciated), very convenient parking a few meters from the entrance. Very quiet, safe area and a few kilometers from the city of Modena and the highway. Very helpful and courteous hosts and cohosts for every need. Excellent value for money. Accommodation, therefore definitely to be recommended.

The accommodation was very good for my colleagues, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was absolutely great! I recommend to everyone!

The accommodation is ideally located for a family who wants to visit the area (we did Bologna, Mantua, Parma and Modena: 50 min on average, except Modena which is right next door). The village itself does not really have any interest but the parking space is right in front of the apartment and the terrace is pleasant.
