Glad to have been able to stay at Anne's, who is a welcoming host. The accommodation is impeccable and functional, as in the photos, in a quiet environment. With the opportunity to enjoy the garden. Perfect for visiting Caen or going to the sea... Shops nearby.

Great house, equipped with everything, clean well furnished: it couldn't have been better. The surrounding garden is large and gives a sense of tranquility. Also great are the spouses who welcomed us. Truly recommended: after a week we would not have left....

I will begin with the host Isabelle, she's gentle, nice and was always close by when ever i needed help, always alert and responsive... Her place is nice, the toilet and bathroom were super clean, the environment was beautiful too, just as in the photos, honestly i had a great time, and i think i will be coming back again to her place as a guest for another vacation... Thumbs up👍🏽

I had a great time in this warm, clean and very well-equipped studio. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, perfect for relaxation. The owner is welcoming and very responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Small downside: the parking space is a little narrow. I would definitely recommend this listing for a comfortable stay!
