The massively built, well insulated garden house with covered terrace is in the back of the beautiful garden. It is fully equipped with electric heating and a fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to Messe, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located near the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise nuisance until 23h.

Family apartment in the south of Duisburg

We have a 110 sqm apartment for 4 people in our house. In the living room and in both bedrooms, there is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 am - 9 pm) is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price. The sauna is a private area and costs €15 per 3 hours per person

Cute basement apartment with its own entrance and a large covered terrace. Here you have a relaxing view of nature. In the large garden, which is laid out in terraces, there is a small pool with an outdoor shower. Bathing and showering with the feeling of standing in the forest and only hearing the birds and seeing the squirrels. A small stream flows along the property. The hiking trail starts directly from the garden. Less than 30 min to downtown! 😊

The house has two bedrooms, each with a bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, so that a total of up to six guests can stay comfortably. Relax by the private pool (only between May and September) or enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace The surroundings offer a quiet residential area with good connections to Cologne and the surrounding attractions. Shops, restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes away – ideal for a relaxing stay.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

A 55m2 apartment in the heart of the Ruhr area. The 25 m2 bathroom has jacuzzi, in addition, the apartment has an infrared sauna. The kitchen-living room has a small kitchen block with dishwasher and microwave, for which a fully automatic coffee maker is at your disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet side street but still centrally located. Shops within walking distance, direct connection to highway.
