A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Newly built house (2019) of 44sqm with the possibility to live five people. The house is beautiful situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is an oak tree that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also the five minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and rocks in the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Fantastic newly built sea house with jetty located at Hotel Strana in Hälleviksstrand. Come here by car or dock by boat at your own jetty that is included in the rental. Ground floor has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and a balcony. Downstairs there is the jetty and outdoor furniture for six people. Upstairs there is a hall with sleeping alcove a total of 3 bedrooms and a toilet.
