Welcome to Bakkelandet and our beautiful cottage in the middle of the forest, close to the bathing lake 🌲 The house is on a huge natural plot. In summer, you can pick blueberries or sail on the lake in the associated water bike, dinghy or SUP boards. The children can run around freely, and there are plenty of toys, a lovely playhouse and a trampoline. We have a large terrace with a barbecue. We have good experience with both families with children, several generations together and groups of friends. 45 minutes from Legoland. Bring your own bed linen, towels, etc.

From the apartment's own terrace, you can follow the life of the lake in a wealth of different birds, and everything from kayaks to shuttle boats. WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the amazing nature, right up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There's also a sauna in connection with the lake. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city center. There are 2 km to Pizzaria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. A charming, newly restored school from 1849. Located in a village without shops, out in the countryside, peacefully surrounded by fields - close to forest, heath, cycling routes and swimming lakes. Large garden with a fire pit, garden table and chairs, and a small terrace. However, the garden is not fenced. Driving distance: Legoland - 40 min Aarhus - 45m Silkeborg - 25 min Givskud Zoo - 35 min Bath Lake - 10 min Shopping opportunities - 10 min Cafes and restaurants - 12-25 min. Sleeps 8 people. Pets may be brought with you for a fee of DKK 250.

Voervadsbro: Stay with access to Gudenåen / campfire

Find the coziness and tranquility when you stay in this nice, newly renovated home. Good access via road 453/461. Nature is right in the backyard, as the house has land directly to the Gudenåen. For those of you who enjoy fishing, hiking, cycling or rowing in a canoe/kayak but want a real bed and a hot shower after an active day. Sit by the fire and pitch your tent by the river. The apartment is on the 1st floor and was thoughtfully and beautifully renovated in the spring of 2023. Bed linen, towels, dishcloths, etc. are included in the price.

Small cottage on a large natural plot close to Gudenåen

The cottage is simple and personally decorated. Still with some of the atmosphere from '67 when it was built. It is located on a large natural plot (3,000 m2) in a protected cottage area, close to Gudenåen with access to a common area with a jetty and its own canoe. The forest, Mossø and the heather hills are just around the corner. On the property, there is an annex that we ourselves have for our products. Sverre is a ceramist and Anne Mette is a weaver. We live (and work) in the neighboring house and are always available when we are home.

Gudenå Annex

Relax with the family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults and our 3 children, aged 2-8, who rent out our extra guest house/annex in the garden. You will enter our private garden and, during your stay with us, will share the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more private, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect if you want it more private, but playing children in the garden can occur.😊

The cottage is located in the first row to Gudenåen, from the cottage there are 200 meters to the river's edge. There is direct access to hiking and cycling trails. The cottage is located on a natural plot where you can enjoy the quiet nature and the experiences it offers. You can light a fire and spend the mild evenings outside. The cottage was built in the fall of 2019, is tastefully decorated, the cottage is built in natural materials and built on sustainable and ecological principles

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Enjoy some relaxing days in peace and quiet. We look forward to meeting you.
