Vacation rentals with a firepit in Sønderborg

We felt very comfortable and had a great time staying there! The bedroom downstairs, which can be opened to the living room, was great, so you could expand the living space during the day. The kitchen is well equipped for large groups of people. Definitely recommended for large groups.

we felt super comfortable in this great place right by the forest. Especially the high rooms and the view from the kitchen table into the forest...wow. Great atmosphere, wonderful underfloor heating and absolute silence just a few steps from the sea. We look forward to our next visit!

Lovely house, lovely surroundings. Charlotte was sweet and responsive. We had a great time and really much with a September sunny weekend in this oasis. The immediate area is beautiful and with lots of activities, but we didn't really need anything else a BBQ, the garden, the lake and the animals in the fold

The place was really nice, homey and cozy! High standard! Communication between us and the host has from the start been very service minded and extremely friendly. The host went out of their way to make us feel at home from the start and when the weather wasn't with us, the host was quick to make suggestions and offers that went beyond what to expect. We would recommend this home to anyone who has children and wants to stay centrally for exploring the South Jutland neighborhood.

We had a nice and relaxed time. The house was wonderful for us as a family of three. There was everything we needed. A highlight for our 9-year-old son was the pool table in the living room. In the beautifully landscaped garden, even football could be played due to the size. There was also a Viking chess in the house. We found the house very clean. A nice welcome gesture was the provided Flensburg beer and a selection of coffee and tea. The location was just right for us - a quiet environment yet close to the center. Around the corner (5 minutes walk) there is a bus stop that goes to the center in 10 minutes. There are also bicycles and a private parking space. From here you can reach both the Flensburg City and surrounding places such as Glücksburg. The drive to southern Denmark is also worthwhile. The communication with Inke + Edgar and the key exchanges were friendly and relaxed. Thank you!

We were 2 families (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 children) who had some lovely days in the summerhouse. There are solid sleeping places, and there is a lovely common room. Everything worked, and there was the necessary kitchen equipment, etc. The two youngest spent some time on PlayStation 5… The summerhouse within short walking distance to the water overlooking a field with beautiful cows. Haderslev is close by, and we took some trips to Aabenraa and Schleswig, including some border trade. The house is well insulated and energy efficient, which was an advantage of a stay during the winter holidays.

The entire residential complex is not only architecturally beautifully embedded, but also exudes a special warmth and comfort inside. Everything is well-equipped, thoughtfully decorated and perfectly maintained – a blend of Nordic coziness and stylish exclusivity. A big thank you goes to host Helle, who immediately creates a connection with her warm, open manner. Whether a glass breaks through children's hands or spontaneous special requests emerge – bright remains calm, attentive and warm-hearted. Not only do you feel welcome, you feel enchanted. We spent the Easter days in Konstanz's place. The place is nicely designed, we were lovingly welcomed with sparkling wine and a beautiful Easter set with real flowers. The view into the garden and over the Baltic Sea is beautiful. Every morning a bunny visited us and countless birds. The whole apartment, but in particular the kitchen was very well and generously equipped. We enjoyed the days in the apartment and the very beautiful nature. Thanks so much for sharing this spot of earth with guests, Konstanze. The contact and check-in were very straightforward. We highly recommend staying at Konstanz's place.

My boyfriend and I had 2 really lovely nights at Marie-Louise's place. The old farm and surroundings are so cozy with lots of opportunities, both inside and out. Marie-Louise has really created a place where you feel at home thanks to her sense of decor and her great hospitality and welcoming nature. We can definitely recommend both couples and families to stay here, either if you just want to relax and enjoy yourself, or if you want a good base to explore the nice things Funen has to offer.

We stayed at this lovely place for March and April and immediately felt at home. 🏡 Every corner is filled with rustic, tasteful decorations, cozy lighting, and plenty of electric plugs.🔌At first, learning to manage the wood-burning stove was an adventure, but it soon became a meditative and charming part of our days, especially with Charlotte’s beautiful, light-filled garden in view. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking 🍳. The house is spacious for two, with a lovely glass entrance area ideal for coffee ☕ and garden views, plus charming handmade touches like colorful knitted covers and the "Meditation Snake" 🐍. If the house is lovely, Charlotte and her sweet dog Emil are even lovelier 🦮🧍‍♀️— warm, attentive, and welcoming. Traveling daily to Sønderborg was easy, with trains every two hours 🚆 (just 15 minutes away). It was a wonderful experience, and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful, peaceful place. We felt right at home in the apartment! The apartment is in a very quiet street and offers a wonderful garden to relax. We also like to remember the many attentions and the friendly contact with Stefan! Thank you!

We had the manor house 3, which was very clean, spacious, and quiet. But the Gut Oestergaard also scores points with further additions. An exclusive lake sauna (for a fee), bread roll and beverage service, bad weather play area and a playground. We recommend it for both families with a child and for peace seekers.

A quiet place. No noise from the road. Friendly and welcoming host. Perfect for a couple. There was what's needed in the home. Close to /in the middle of the nice Funen nature.

Hanne is a very nice and accommodating host. We had a long stay in her home, and everything went perfectly. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is functional and has all the utensils you may need, the living room is spacious also with a large table and two sofas. We would highly recommend:)

We had the pleasure of spending Easter in Ejner and Charlotte's really lovely summerhouse in Southern Jutland. The house is cozy and really well located on a private plot surrounded by trees and birdsong and just a small km from the water. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. There was good communication with the host, Ejner from start to finish and we were nicely received with good instructions for the house. Ejner was also helpful with recommendations for good local eateries as well as shopping opportunities in the local area. We enjoyed our days at the house and are happy to come back, and we will always recommend others to stay in Ejner and Charlotte's lovely summerhouse if you are going to have a quiet break from everyday life with a visit to beautiful Southern Jutland. Mette’s house is a very cozy little gem! The bedrooms and bathroom are small but very comfortable, and the living- / dining room / kitchen is absolutely fantastic! A wonderful view, lovely wood-burning stove and sitting area, beautiful dining table for 4 and big terrace (for which it was too cold to sit, but great for star gazing). The house is nestled in the woods, the air is so clean, and you feel far away from everything. And Mette is a lovely host, easy to reach and helpful. We loved our stay here!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cottage in Faaborg! The location is truly unique – the view over the sea is beautiful. The cottage itself has all the comforts. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the interior felt warm and homey. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was ideal for the evenings we wanted to cook for ourselves. In short, we had a very nice stay and hope to come back again.
