Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Two friendly cats live on the property and may stop by to say hello.

Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Bewusst wird auf einen Fernseher verzichtet, um den Erholungsfaktor zu erhöhen. Zudem wird auf natürliche Bauweise und naturbehandelte Möbel großen Wert gelegt.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.
