Shopping facilities from discount stores to full-range stores as well as specialty stores for drugstore, office and pet supplies, clothing, shoes, etc. can be reached in two minutes by car or ten minutes on foot. The Sonthofer or Ortwanger swimming lake is a 20-minute walk, the pedestrian zone and train station on the walking and cycling path along the Iller is 30 minutes.

Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family /1-2 kids (1 dog) We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

In der Schlafkammer (kein Fenster nach draußen, jedoch genug Licht) sind 2 neue Boxsspringbetten vorhanden. Das neue Bad verfügt über eine Dusch-Badewanne sowie Toillette und Waschbecken.

Wie auch schon unser Appartment und unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich das neu renovierte Ferienappartment "Ludwig" im Herzen der Füssener Altstadt mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.
