Super friendly and friendly host, clean and with everything, very positive experience. The exterior is also remarkable, unfortunately due to bad weather we did not take advantage of it. 10 minutes from the center of Carpi and 30 minutes from Modena, a relaxing structure. In short, great value for money and recommended!!

We felt super comfortable in the cucchiari suite! I want to highlight the cleanliness of the place, open the door and let it smell clean is a pleasure! The shower is very hot and pressed. The neighborhood is super quiet with spectacular green and the soft singing of the birds makes it even more charming 😍 It is a few blocks from downtown to walk and admire the infrastructure and order of this beautiful city! We would definitely come back to stay again ! Thank you!

The accommodation was very good for my colleagues, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was absolutely great! I recommend to everyone!

The accommodation is ideally located for a family who wants to visit the area (we did Bologna, Mantua, Parma and Modena: 50 min on average, except Modena which is right next door). The village itself does not really have any interest but the parking space is right in front of the apartment and the terrace is pleasant.
