Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns. The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with king size beds. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. To visit the Périgord Noir while being in a quiet area (in the countryside 10 km from Sarlat). Property consists of our house, four rental cottages, swimming pool (guaranteed opening from early June to mid-September) to share with other tenants, on 5000 m2 of land. Not to mention the barbecue, ping-pong table and trampoline. The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning – on request – (€60), or linens – on request – (sheets and towels – €15 per person).

Our cottage "Le Chalet" (50m2) is ideal for a couple with young children. Located in front of the playground, you can relax on the terrace while watching your loulous playing in the park… You have at your disposal garden furniture and hard barbecue. You will have access to the heated pool and Spa (from mid-April to late September depending on the weather) as well as the landscaped park (these areas are to be shared with the hosts of our other cottages).

Two are handy for keeping an eye on the kids and one has a private, exclusive view of the neighbouring walnut grove.
